Guests sit mat-style on the floor, sharing a menu of fonio, grilled meats, and stews. Rooted in Fulani tradition, there's no assigned seating or head of the table, so guests connect with whoever's beside them. Every seat also supports Chef Binta's Fulani Kitchen Foundation, which empowers women fonio farmers across West Africa.

The experience will be hosted by:

Joe Hotagua — Founder and CEO of Authentic African, which helps members of the diaspora relocate to and invest in Ghana and across the continent, offering resources, on-the-ground guidance, and direct connections for those exploring a move or an investment of their own.

Abubakr Dumbuya — Founder and CEO of Leone Investments, an investment banker and investor focused on real estate, financial services, hospitality, and tourism.
